INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on korareed.com. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Korareed is an African-inspired clothing brand. We design and produce in Africa and sell online at korareed.com, shipping to customers worldwide.

All our clothing is made with authentic African fabrics including Ankara wax print, adire, kampala and batik. Products are designed and produced in Africa.
We make every effort to display product colours and patterns accurately on our website. Because African fabrics are handcrafted, slight variations in pattern placement and colour shade are normal and are not considered defects.

When you place an order on korareed.com you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation email when your order is received. Your order is only confirmed when we send you a dispatch notification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

The item is out of stock
There is a pricing error on the website
We are unable to verify your payment

If we cancel your order we will refund you in full within 5 working days.

All prices on korareed.com are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

We accept payments through Paystack. All transactions are processed securely. Korareed does not store your card details. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the USA. Delivery times vary by location:

United States — 3 to 7 working days
United Kingdom — 5 to 10 working days
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or circumstances outside our control.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns if:

The item is unworn and unwashed
The item is in its original packaging
You contact us before sending anything back

We do not accept returns on sale items or custom bulk orders.
To start a return email us at info@korareed.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Bulk orders are custom made to your specifications. Because of this bulk orders are non-refundable once production has started. We will confirm all details with you before we begin production. Please review all details carefully before approving your order.
Minimum order for bulk is 10 pieces.

All content on korareed.com including images, text, logos and designs belongs to Korareed. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Korareed is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order you placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of korareed.com after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
